10 mining districts participate in the Pilot Project "Handmade Books".
Here are photos of the mining districts we visited.
We did not physically go to Tatasi, Siete Suyos & Animas because
the women from these districts came to Atocha to participate in the workshops.

	SAGRARIO, SANTA BARBARA, FIERRO UNO
Mount Chorolque -------> 5650 meters 18,080 feet above sea level		In the saddle to the left of the peak is the mining district of SANTA BARBARA at 4,600 meters/14,720 feet above sea level. More directly below the peak is the mining district FIERRO UNO at 4,300 meters/13,760 feet above sea level. Behind the saddle, on the backside of the mountain, is the mining district of SAGRARIO at 4,600 meters/14,720 feet above sea level.

	TASNA ROSARIO, TASNA RETIRO
The Elephant ------->		Below the peak (the elephant's head), to the right, is the mining district of TASNA ROSARIO at 4,800 meters/15,360 feet above sea level. A 20 minute drive down from Tasna Rosario is the mining district TASNA RETIRO at 4,400 meters/14,080 feet above sea level.

	ATOCHA, TELAMAYU
The train through Atocha is the lifeline for this town and all the mining districts nearby.	The Town of ATOCHA. 3,600 meters/11,800 feet above sea level.	TELAMAYU is across the river, in front of Atocha. Once a huge mining and processing center, it now is semi-abandoned.
