has 70 sheets/140 pages and is 5/8 inches thick. The Transient Standard has 100 sheets/200
pages and is 3/4 inches thick.

is made up of a stack of loose sheets that are bound together using
a quick, sturdy technique. These journals will last ages, but the
pages do not lay as flat when opened as the $52 Transient Standard
Custom Blank Journal.
If you are a binding enthusiast, and want a thicker book that has
been hand sewn, you should go with the $52 Transient Standard.
If you don't mind less pages, and want to spend a bit less for what
